Welcome to Klyravo Growth. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Klyravo Growth website and analytics service.
1. About Klyravo Growth
Klyravo Growth is a read-only social media analytics service designed to help authorized users understand the performance of their social media content over time.
For TikTok integrations, Klyravo Growth may use TikTok Login Kit and approved TikTok APIs after the user has explicitly authorized access.
Klyravo Growth does not use its TikTok integration to publish, upload, edit, delete, or otherwise modify TikTok content.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You may only connect a social media account that you own or that you are authorized to manage.
3. TikTok access
When you connect a TikTok account, Klyravo Growth may request permissions including user.info.basic and video.list.
These permissions are used for account identification and read-only access to authorized TikTok video information and performance metrics.
4. Analytics service
Klyravo Growth may process authorized video metadata and performance information such as video identifiers, duration, view counts, like counts, comment counts, share counts, and observation timestamps.
5. Revenue and profit information
Klyravo Growth does not treat views, engagement, or estimated popularity as verified revenue or profit. Financial results are only treated as verified when supported by appropriate financial data.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Klyravo Growth to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or data, interfere with security controls, misuse platform APIs, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Third-party services
Third-party platforms, including TikTok, may change their APIs, availability, limits, or requirements independently of Klyravo Growth.
8. Disclaimer
Klyravo Growth is provided on an “as available” basis. Analytics are informational and do not guarantee future reach, engagement, revenue, profit, or other results.
9. Termination
You may stop using Klyravo Growth and revoke connected platform authorization at any time.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Klyravo Growth Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable laws, or third-party platform requirements change.
